It was a huge success, after for so many days of preparing the dishes. We actually started preparing since the 3rd of raya. My mum especially was soo excited with it that she decided to start preparing slowly. By Saturday, some of the dishes already in the freezer. Me n my sister in law, for the first time, were trying out luck in preparing Roti jala. Luckily it turn out ok, judging from praises given by some friends and relatives.. thank God!. At first, we thought that there will be less people than last since we held this open house quite early. Even some of my friends and relatives were still at their hometown. But it turn out differently. The huge crowd started arriving from 10 am onwards. The best part, almost all my dear gym friends, from gym freak (who are based in malaysia) and combat freak and also a special guest came to my raya open house. I kena teased alot because of this special guest, nak marah pun tak boleh coz .. hehehehe.. *blush*.. anyway, thanks to all my friends for coming to my humble house and enjoy the food.. and thanks to my family for being so nice to organize and make this event successful.. and THANKS MAMA AND PAPA for being such a sporting and good cook!!!

Break fasting with Gymfreaks

Thanks to our dear Betty, Sexytary, to organize such a lovely. Too bad, she can't make it for that day due to family obligation. Anyhow, most of the gang came for the break fasting which was held at the Korean BBq at Pantai Juction, near Kerinchi LRT station. I went there with my 2 brothers since I dun own any car now. It was great to see gymfreaks again after soo long didn't meet and work out together. It would be more fun if Rose and lola were there.. Dun worry dear, when u guys are in Malaysia, we will do it again..

It's here again, the travel fair that most of ppl in Malaysia are looking fwd to. I am no different from the rest, since I am also addicted to travelling. So, because of this addiction, I was willing to let go my fav body combat class just to have a look what's offering at Matta Fair. I went there with one of my travelling buddy, Elvira. The traffic was fine, till we reached PWTC. Suddenly, it was jam packed. Thought it was due to Matta Fair, but unfortunately, it was caused by a Graduation function held in the PWTC. So, at the end, I had to park at the Mall.
When we arrived at the Panpac hotel, the crowd wasnt that big. Not as many as matta fair in March. I was glad. Elvira wanted to browse the dubai and overseas packages, so we went straight to Hall 1 and 2 (for overseas tour packages). The hall was full of people. We managed to ask for few packages, as for me, I am only interested to go to Korea/ Japan. After few hrs surveying, I felt tired, till I heard the announcement "Dear customers, the famous korea fashion show will be held in...". My eyes suddenly turn so bright and alive. All my sleepiness has gone, as if it was never existed. hehehehe.. So, apa lagi, I went straight to the stage, try to squeeze in between big crowd. and There they were. The models were sooo gorgeous, I felt like I am in my dreamworld. The male models soo gorgeous and TALL!.. then, to my surprise, the MCs announced that whoever want to take photo with the model can go up the stage.. without wasting any time, i went to the stage. I was so shy that I didn't take my photo with them, just snap their photos with other ppl. then, Elvira suggested for me to take photo with them, using my HP.. so, here are my photos with them.. They are sooo tall that they need to bend down a lil bit to take photo with me.. sooo KACAK!.. fuhhh.. what a day at MATTA FAIR SEPT 07...

My first time joining the famous Japanese summer festival - Bon odori. I heard alot about this festival so, this time, I've decided to go and have a look and feel about this festival. It is special, in it's own way. There were soo many ppl, mainly students and some are those who are really into japanese fashion. The 'harujuku' girls also were there..

Wedding of Najmiah Khaiessa (Mie) and Akmal (Akh)

Finally, the 3rd girl of 42, Primrose Rd has ended her bachelorhood, last Sun. It was a very emotional and happy wedding reception. And also can be seen as a get together of the famous Primose Rd Girls of Southampton after 10 yrs. It's been a while since all of us sit together under same roof. Ifa was there with her family (hubby n a princess), mona with her crown prince and hubby, Dr Ad with her sister and of course, Me with my close buddy, Aden Nadia.
The wedding reception was held at Saloma Bistro at Jalan Ampang. The setting was so lovely, with the touch of malay traditional wedding added a western touch. The romantic feelings is in the air. You can feel it the moment you walk into the wedding hall. the food was served buffet. So you can see the huge buffet spread which consist of traditional malay food n western food. Me, ad and aden was smiling already when we looked at the Menu.
Around 12.30 pm, the newly wedded couple walked into the hall, with background music, From the moment on, by Shania twain. It was soo romantic and lovely that made my heart ache.. I can see that some of the guests wipe their tears.. tears of happiness i hope.. Mie looked soo radiant n happy.. and the bridegroom looked dashing in a malay traditional attire.. Both of them looked soooo lovely.. sooo in love and happy...
To Mie and Akh, May you have a blessed marriage with Lotsa kids..

"JUMP" Show direct from Korea

Actually, I've watched this show already when I was in Korea this year. But due to the excellent performance showed by the performer, I wanted to watch it again. Then, when I was in Seoul, I was bumped into one of the lead actor and he told us that they are going to held the performance at Genting on the 22/6. So, here we are, me, farid and elaine managed to encourage another 3 of body combaters to join us.. and also, our sifoo also was interested.
So, after weeks of waiting, the Day has arrived. All of us were sooo excited since it's the first time for 6 of us (bd combaters) to get together and go to genting. We arranged to meet up at KL sentral to take the bus to Genting skyway. From skyway, we took the cable car up to genting. Me n nina were a bit scare since we are suffering from height problem. It was soo kecoh in the cable car.. Imagine that, the kecoh girls all together under one roof. In fact, sifoo (who initially didn't want to go) was sooo excited for us that he always calling us along the way.. at the end, he couldn't resist anymore that he bought the ticket last min and joined us for the 3 pm show.
Before the show, we had a nice buffet lunch at the Resort world. The buffet spread was excellent n the selection of food was huge.. We had our nice lunch and chatted till 2 pm.. just in time for the show..
During the show, all of us can't contain our excitement, so everytime the performer did the trick, we were scream or ohh ahhhs...Overall, it was damn good!! but i prefer the one in Seoul coz my boy (the nerd guy) wasn't there.. they've changed with a new boy (also good looking boy).. their martial arts skills was mid blowing, how i wish i could have the skills like them...

Zed and Nikki's Wedding of the Year 2007

It started from the gym... with all the sweats and pain doing the exercise to the max, love blossomed between this lovely couple. Our Zed, the cutest among us, was smitten by Nikki's machoness during the workout.. Zed, who normally does jam/step.. now, becoz of Nikki, been seen in RMP.. and Nikki, who always on stationery bike, now can be found in bd jam.. see.. lovely can make this unlikely event to happen.. and now, they are together as one.. The akad nikah was held the day before at Masjid Wilayah and unfortunately, I can't attend... So, on the reception day, you can see the Gymfreak is together again (except for our beloved Rose who are residing in US).. no worries Rose, eventhough u are not physically there, you are still with us during the ceremony.. It was a beautiful reception. Friends and family get together.. you can see our 'ORG KUAT' gymfreak were soo busy taking the registration.. The food was delicious.. the ambiance was soo romantic.. you can feel the love in the air..
So to ZED and NIKKI.. may you have a beautiful and lifelong marriage.. Semoga Allah memberi rezeki lebih kepada you all.. semoga kekal abadi as One..

It was so hot that day. All of us had to get together at my auntie's house for preparation to the Bridegroom reception lunch. The Bridegroom's family was really nice and friendly. The food was good too.

Congrats Aya n Jaja for their marriage on 8 June 2007. It was a great wedding.. can consider a wedding of the year among my family.. It was held at Hotel Perdana Kota Bharu. Aya is my cousin from my father's side. Her hubby is working with MISC. Let's hope that this lovely couple will have a happily marriage will lotsa kids!!!..
